Bathroom Mitigation & Restoration
This bathroom required a full restoration after severely corroded plumbing caused leaks and water damage, leading to mold behind the walls. All affected materials were safely removed and the mold was properly remediated. The space was then rebuilt with brand-new drywall, a new tub/shower unit, updated plumbing, a new pedestal sink/vanity, and fresh tile flooring—restoring the bathroom to a clean, functional, and updated condition.
Mountain Ski Condo Interior Remodel
This mountain town ski condo underwent a full interior remodel to refresh the space and improve long-term functionality for seasonal living. Due to the remote location, careful coordination, efficient material ordering, and detailed planning were essential to keep the project running smoothly and on schedule. Our team executed the renovation with precision—updating finishes, fixtures, and key living areas to create a clean, modern, and comfortable retreat designed for durability and enjoyment in a high-altitude environment.

This bathroom remodel features a custom walk-in shower finished with imported Italian tile panels, creating a seamless high-end stone look. The same luxury Italian material continues onto the bathroom floor for a cohesive, modern design. A matte black shower pan and fixtures add contrast and accentuate the warm veining of the tile.
